Students from Hahaione Elementary School visited the State Capitol on Wednesday, April 3. They were introduced to Senator Slom in the Senate Chambers shortly before the floor session started, after which they were introduced to everyone in the chamber. The enthusiastic third graders asked Senator Slom many questions about the legislative process, his career, and about the Senate Chamber's Chandelier.
