The Senate Hydrogen Special Fund Investigative Committee will release its report on the award of a contract by the DBEDT to H2 Energy LLC to manage the hydrogen investment capital special fund. The committee concluded most of its work on September 10 during a closed door executive session. The draft report is being reviewed by the parties involved and will be revised, and the full and complete report will be released to the public. The Senate's HIC committee has been holding a number of hearings on the contract since the February of this year.
